No it’s not a coin flip. Is there any reasonably hypothesized mechanism where a vaccine could cause sexual dysfunction? Is there any evidence it is occurring? 4 billion people have been vaccinated against covid, 1 billion have been vaccinated for over nine months.

And to answer your question. I don’t think the vaccine mandates should be removed until there’s evidence that enough people have immunity that the hospitals won’t be overrun by the next variant. We should set a target of 80% vaccination rate, or 90% seropositivity rate. Just because the pandemic stage might be over doesn’t mean we shouldn’t continue to mandate a vaccine. We mandate plenty of vaccines for endemic diseases.

I think mask mandates have run their course for the general population. They should still be used in schools until students have been vaccinated

I once heard an entirely fictional story about an adolescent patient with a two-day history of priapism claim it was the result of the moderna vaccine. That's an option. Another option is you omitted telling medical personnel about the handful of gas station boner pills you took because your Southern Baptist mom was with you during initial admission process. Two day boners induced by handfuls of gas station pills was a phenomenon seen long before covid even existed. They tend to occur among a pretty specific demographic. But hey I'm open minded and principled. Maybe the vaccine is what gave him a boner so relentlessly rock hard that it required multiple surgeries to soften. I do believe everyone is entitled to their set their own priorities. Everyone is eventually entitled to the consequences of having those priorities.

Here's the craziest thing. Half or more of the people working in the hospital actively hope that the covid situation remains exactly as it is for as long as possible, for reasons that are completely selfish. The present circumstances have granted them an opportunity to collude on what, in the final analysis, amounts to stealing money from every single person who has ever paid (mostly Federal) taxes. Working for the government as a "crisis intervention" nurse, or for a private traveling agency, really is the hustle of the moment. Or was anyway. I have a sneaking suspicion there's a lot of contracts out there that aren't going to be renewed.
