This! I have been taking it for a few years now and can eat whatever I want with no probs. I take one or two 20mg capsules a day. Usually one before or after breakfast, and one 30-60 mins before bedtime. It has saved me for sure. I will get an endoscopy done with my colonoscopy. I need to make a doc appt actually.
