Microscope pix I took of spores, since that's why we get these spores. 400x and 1000x

First I took this swab of a B+ cube that wasn't dropping spores. Others in the flush were. This one was stubborn.

Then wiped it on a slide, added a cover slip, put it under the scope and took these. (Also have some video, but trying to think of where to post it that doesn't need a phone number to upload like YouTube.)

The 1000x ones have a drop of oil.

Tried to remove fringing, but made things worse.

These are natural colour (purple), a little colour correction and contrast, but pretty much what I saw.

These two are natural colour COOC (straight out of camera, i.e. no fx), but this is also the ones where the bacteria has been added)
These two also have a drop of spit to show bacteria swirling around the spores...a reminder to always wear a mask when working with spores and mycelium:

Thank you.

In the last two, that's wiggling bacteria from a healthy human mouth. lol. Video is here:
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26972300

Took these pix and video with a cheap DSLR attached with a t-ring to a generic Chinese microscope at my work.

Some are 400x, some is 1000x. The 1000x I used oil immersion. First time with that.

Also, best scope pix I've done. I've tried using DSLR with scope before, and didn't quite get it until yesterday.

I've also taken some just holding my iPhone to the eyepiece, those aren't as good, but if you want to see them, they're on my picture gallery called Home.
