I live in WA (near seattle) and we got the first thunderstorm I've seen in a LONG ass time yesterday.

storms are great in the springtime especailly in the forest with some roasted trees for dessert! and pine cones for an appitizer!

I think here in vegas we get about 5 thunderstorms a year, all within about two weeks of each other lol

it's actually been shit ass sunny and warm here....

i think the spring rains finally have gone away, and summer's on the way!!!

western fjordland norway in the spring sucks... 24-7 rain!!! :frown:

but in the summer, almost 24-7 sun! (where i live, i think at the peak of the summer, there is about 30 min of darkness)

Sometimes yes!
But to predict a night where there will be northern lights is another thing... well actually I was coming down on acid once and in the final hour of the trip we saw some nl's... if only we'd taken the acid later!

Iowa has some fine thunderstorms 6 months a year.  We are supposed to be getting some good ones coming through here shortly, right now it's all sunshine.  It's been an absolutely amazing morning, I planted a few bulbs, ran to the produce market listening to some Bluegrass and made sun tea which I just brought in a few minutes ago  :sun: :grin:

A few good thunderstorms over the afternoon would be really nice, I feel like tripping but I'm not so sure it'd be a good idea, alot of traffic at my place lately.  It's shitty I am not even comfortable enough to trip in my own place.
