Users kept deleting the entire database so they had to remove all delete functions, including the one for deleting pics.

Where did you hear that?

The case is that users NEVER yet were able to delete the uploaded pictures.

We should be able to delete our own pics.

Not only for security reasons, but also so that we don't have to wade through a bunch of outdated pics to find the one we wanna post.
