Wife has the next four days off, having people over tomorrow to watch the fireworks, eat wood fire pizza and play cards but I’m having a pretty hard time palleting any of this patriotic bullshit with a bigot in office and thousands of malnourished children packed into cages dying due to lack of medical attention and separated from their parents in government sanctioned concentration camps.

Hello all. Had on OK day. Walked around the lake in downtown Oakland earlier and it wore me out. It's only about 3 miles around too.

Once my wife gets home I'm off to Home Depot to get charcoal and then see if I can find a brisket to smoke for Friday. I think we're going to get breakfast and then head out to the beach for a little while. My beach is the Pacific ocean so it's too cold to go swimming, but it sure is beautiful to look at. It's been a few months since I've been to the beach so it should be a nice get away.

I have a deck that over looks the bay and I usually sit out there and watch everybody light fireworks off.

I've been rock hounding on the mountain, found a few crystals that were cast into the earth by the people of Atlantis when they left this earth, the sacred knowledge was cast into the minerals of the earths crust.

I found a crystal that has unique vibrations, like it might be actually communicating.


Anyone else meditate with minerals and crystals?

I'm trying to learn how to play a 12 string and electric guitar from scratch.

It's very interesting the way the notes bend and the arm takes over onto rifts that move the mind through the music.
