I took 8g penis envy and as they starting kicking in...so did the phenibut. It had been a delayed onset. And it came on strong to the point where it started to feel a bit like GHB and it was unpleasant.

That dose of mushrooms, with a five week break, would take me to a beautiful, beautiful place usually. But it just felt awful, detached. And then before the trip had even taken off it was all over. The phenibut had suppressed the effects down to minimal effects and had made them unpleasant, then the trip was over totally within less that two hours and I was left just feeling the effects of the phenibut.

These two do not mix.

I will never be repeating this ever and I do not recommend.
