Jesus dude you have no idea how unhealthy your diet is. You’re fucking up your body and think you’re helping.

You only eat every 3-5 days and it took you 3 weeks to lose 15 pounds? Do you sit on your ass all
Day? I can’t imagine you have much energy.

look up DR. Jason Fung, he has three books out about fasting and reversing type 2 diabetes, plus a bunch of articles and youtube interviews

hes a nephrologist from Toronto, hes a very smart cookie

I do sit on my ass all day but thats just because im lazy, my energy level is just fine, about once a week I have to roll a bail of hay over and can still do that just fine and they are pretty heavy

theres 150000 subscribers to the fasting subreddit and none of them have reported hospitalization, as long as you keep up your electrolytes and have body fat, its pretty tame

sometimes people aren't confident in their bodies ability to tell them what it needs, or even what tastes good. Rather than looking at food, smelling it, tasting it, and seeing how it makes them feel, they need to read a bunch of numbers off the back of the box and keep up to date on the ever-changing list of ingredients that are Bad For You and the ones that are Healthy and Good.

If you feel good after eating something, nice!

If you feel bad, then eat it in smaller quantities, less frequently.

If you feel really good, followed by feeling really bad, then moderate your use, or abstain from it.

If something tastes bland to you, add more salt.

If it tastes salty to you, you've added too much salt.

One problem with living this way is that if your senses are out of wack from having shitty eating habits or diet, then it's hard to trust your bodily urges. Example: trying to stop drinking soda after having 3 cokes throughout the work day for 10 years.

I laughed hard at this, thank you. I'm kind of in the same boat as you, the threat that salt has is overblown. Other aspects of your diet can affect you body more so...if your doctor or blood pressure disagrees with you then I would cut back...

Adding salt to water though...that's fucking weird.

Adding salt to waterMELON...that's fucking delicious.

I am conflicted.

my blood pressure is perfect I am usually a couple points off from the 120/80

last doctors appoint ment I told her I was fasting 2 days week saturday and sunday cause thats what I was doing at the time and she praised me for that, I have no idea what she would think of my current routine

im going to go in to try and get some chantix when my nicotine stash starts to run low, ill see then

i also supplement magnesium at night 500mg pill, i dont know whats up with calcium probably a scam lol

edit: you can also get edible epsom salts for magnesium, but if you take too much they are a laxative
