Jesus dude you have no idea how unhealthy your diet is. You’re fucking up your body and think you’re helping.

You only eat every 3-5 days and it took you 3 weeks to lose 15 pounds? Do you sit on your ass all
Day? I can’t imagine you have much energy.

For most of the normies out there, an operating system is just a bootloader for Google Chrome.

And I don't know what the mantis is praying for
But he's probably just thanking the Lord
That he don't live in a home
And he don't got a phone
And he don't sit around all angry and bored

That’s a great evolutionary benefit that will help you live to a ripe old age of 30 like our ancestors did before we improved our diets. If you want to live like a cave man, expect to die like one too.

I wonder whether they lied to us about not breathing being bad.

ok now I put 1 teaspoon sodium chloride and 1 teaspoon potassium chloride in 1 litre of water, I drink about one and a half of these a day and I dont need to eat food, ive lost about 24 pounds in a month still got 50 more to go

If the risk of straight up dropping dead trying doesn't deter you.. Picture the hospital bill if you faint on the streets and they have to patch up your malnourished ass.

Some things they didnt lie about, and thats that you at least need 1800 calories of good food a day.

Stop this concentration camp experiment and nourish yourself with good organic foods

theres 150000 subscribers to the fasting subreddit and none of them have reported hospitalization, as long as you keep up your electrolytes and have body fat, its pretty tame

Lol your taste buds won't lie to you. What does that even mean? Lots of shit you should eat only in moderation or not at all tastes great

sometimes people aren't confident in their bodies ability to tell them what it needs, or even what tastes good. Rather than looking at food, smelling it, tasting it, and seeing how it makes them feel, they need to read a bunch of numbers off the back of the box and keep up to date on the ever-changing list of ingredients that are Bad For You and the ones that are Healthy and Good.

If you feel good after eating something, nice!

If you feel bad, then eat it in smaller quantities, less frequently.

If you feel really good, followed by feeling really bad, then moderate your use, or abstain from it.

If something tastes bland to you, add more salt.

If it tastes salty to you, you've added too much salt.

One problem with living this way is that if your senses are out of wack from having shitty eating habits or diet, then it's hard to trust your bodily urges. Example: trying to stop drinking soda after having 3 cokes throughout the work day for 10 years.

I laughed hard at this, thank you. I'm kind of in the same boat as you, the threat that salt has is overblown. Other aspects of your diet can affect you body more so...if your doctor or blood pressure disagrees with you then I would cut back...

Adding salt to water though...that's fucking weird.

Adding salt to waterMELON...that's fucking delicious.

I am conflicted.
