Yeah that all sounds pretty awesome. Especially the lack of snow. I've never been to BC either, would like to sometime. I want to check out some big trees and the nude beach in Vancouver. I know a couple of people who live out there, this hippie draft dodger friend of my dad's who lives on this little island, and my sister who moved to Vancouver.

Would love to see it over there but if not that's ok

I could never live there maybe in a tent

Windsor and around here is also the cheapest place to live in canada

It's crazy that there is no future over here for me no complaints , I could lie to myself and say there was

if you in any way love your body, don't eat teaspoons of salt.

RDA is <2gr in cool climates and <4gr in hot climates.

Not everything you see in a youtube video is true.

ok now I put 1 teaspoon sodium chloride and 1 teaspoon potassium chloride in 1 litre of water, I drink about one and a half of these a day and I dont need to eat food, ive lost about 24 pounds in a month still got 50 more to go

salt and potassium is basically what they have in an iv bag, im just supplementing the electrolytes for the lack of eating

plus the rda is like 6 grams, that pretty much what im taking in my drink through out the day

IV bags are isotonic so you don’t dilute your blood and cause tissue swelling.

If you put your 1.5 liters of salt solution in an iV bag, it would be fatal.

Also you’re consuming 9 grams of salt a day. That is wayyyy too much.

You’re not hacking your body with these hairbrained ideas. You’re destroying it.

People tend to be scared of salt, oil and butter. I use all three very liberally when I cook. I agree that it's sugar you should be wary of.

If you eat out often and consume a lot of processed food, then yes, monitor your salt intake because it's put in everything to enhance flavour and you can easily consume an excessive amount without knowing.

But if you are cooking meals, then season to taste. Add salt until it tastes good, and if it tastes salty or inedible then you've gone too far. A lot of people add some salt, but are too scared to add more. If your food is still bland, add more salt. It may seem like too much, but your tastebuds don't lie to you. People are especially prone to under-seasoning recipes that call for large volumes of liquid like soups, stews and curries.

the difference is salt is a negative feed back loop, when you eat too much you dont want to eat more, where as sugar is a positive feedback loop, where you just want more and more

are you talking to me? I eat a ketogenic meal every 3-5 days, I drink the 2 salts in water the rest of the time, if I dont, I get light headed by day 3
