First time bulk and not sure if this is overlay. This is 16 days post spawn and has not changed much in the last 6 days.

No it looks like it dried out a little apply mist

No Its extremly rare. I think it was RR Who said un years he only seen it like a handfull of time. So I Can tell you that  you do not have overlay. For sure give that a misting tho! Best of luck to you.

Nyope!    I have seen substrates infected with bacteria get very hard matted and rubbery, maybe that's where people got that idea ,  but Cubensis doesn't get overlay. You'll never have to scratch them or anything
