Quite possible.  Still haven't got a second flush yet.  So something isn't quite right.  When I was fruiting cakes got 2nd and 3rd flush no problem.  But this was my first attempt at shoe boxes.  Still figuring out what works.

My first flush was also not so much as I probably fucked up surface conditions. There were no mushrooms on the middle/surface area. All were on the sides, got around 10-15g dry with 1 quart grain jar. But second flush is coming much more better. Yesterday I harvested around 120g wet. I'll harvest tonight again which I hope will be 80-100g wet. Then I'll still have little ones waiting to grow.

I have a bunch of small pins started, but they stopped growing. I sampled the surface and it still feels moist, so I haven't been misting, but it doesn't seem like there is any evaporation anymore...no moisture on the top of the dub tub like there used to be...I'm kinda stumped, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Could it be too much FAE?  The surface isn't drying out.  I work 10 hours a day, I see people say than fan the surface 3 times an hour.  Do I really need to fan it that often? That seems excessive.

A picture says 1000 words man. It sounds like it stalled for some reason. Give it a whiff, does it smell slightly rotten? U'll notice a bacterial smell if that's the cause.

I have 3 shoe boxes, here are pictures of 2 of them, all 3 have same issues.

The stumps are where I cut the stems of the first flush, they were growing some white fuzz, which I thought was a sign of too little FAE so I tried giving them more, but all growth seemed to stop.

I used a casing layer of coir.  when I test a sample it still is wet.  I have condensation on sides but none on top of shoe box lid or dub tub like I had before.  Some of the pins turned black, so those are aborts, I thought caused by too much misting but I could be wrong.

Judging from the color the top casing layer looks a tad dry.

Few aborts are normal but I'm guessing  it was a genetic crapshoot, it happens

Try your hand at agar BOD's Comprehensive Agar TEK and Stro's Cleaning & Isolating on Agar. These two threads got me hooked on agar, I still get a couple tubs like yours but I'm working on isolating a good producing strain

btw love the sword of truth series
