Damn the menu is overwhelmingly awesome!  Some great selections I got a butterfinger blast and a double cheeseburger w bacon.  How is the food here?

The food isn't amazing imo.  But they do have a lot of drinks and shakes that are really good.  I usually get the green apple limeade with one of their burger meals.

I used to eat sonic a lot. I made a journal thread about sonic once. I would get a lot of the footlong dogs chillie cheese coney

When i lived down south we would get the slushy drinks on happy hour and add a bunch of rum and walk around.

I remember getting corn dogs all the time too.

Now that im up north , i go to steak n shake.

Sonic was one of my favourites when I travelled coast to coast there, subsisting primarily on burgers and beer the country over.

It seems to have retained the feel of being a really 'classically American' affair compared to a lot of drive through joints there.

I've never been to Carl's Jr, but Hardee's is better than Sonic in the burger department.
