Possible Parasola plicatilis North California & Another mystery mushroom

Mushroom#1: Possible Parasola plicatilis
Mushroom#2: Mystery shroom

Habitat:
Found in a woodchipped area with oak trees in the North California valley.
with mushroom #1 and mushroom #2 both growing in woodchips

Gills:
Mushroom#1: not attached to stem, grey / blacks gills
Mushroom#2: appears to be attached, grey / black gills

Stem:
Mushroom#1: bout 2 inches or so, thin, white-tan, hollow
Mushroom#2: bout 3 inches or so, thin, white-tan, hollow

Cap:
Mushroom#1: smooth and brown when young then grows more gray & frayed. ovate then turning more convex / flat as it matures.
Mushroom#2:brown and smooth. convex

Spore print color:
both black

Bruising:
no apparent bruising

I think you may be right about #1. #2 might be a conocybe but I cannot say for sure.

Take a second look at the gill and spore print color.

I think Parasola auricoma is more likely for #1 than P. plicatilis.

#2 looks like a Psathyrella sp.
