Let's not confuse regular porn watching with a real porn addiction. It can become as addictive as a drug and if it's starting to negatively impact your life, then it is a problem. IDK if OP qualifies, but porn addiction is a real thing just like heroin addiction is. Your brain can get seriously hooked on anything. If you really think you have an addiction maybe it's time to seek professional help? It really all depends on how it's impacting your life.

i have no ED issues, and low dopamine issues like ADHD or restless leg syndrome are no issue at all. ive never had any restless leg, and my concentration is much better than most. if anything maybe jacking off helps improve things over time :lol:

dopamines not some limited supply chemical that you get an alloted amount over your lifetime and thats it. if your body runs low, it makes more till its back in the right level. if anything, having them fluctuate like that means your body probably just anticipates this and makes more ahead of time, resulting in an overall increased level.

i think you seriously need to ask yourself why YOU think porn is a bad thing. reason it out fully. don't listen to what others tell you, do the reasoning on your own. as far as i'm concerned, porn is just an aid to fantasizing anyways. now if you're with a partner and it's causing relationship issues for whatever reason, i could maybe see a problem with porn, but i dont think this is the case with you atm.

and while i can't speak much on the subject of mojo, i will say that there are actual magical rituals involving sexual release, so i don't think that's an issue.

When u jack off, ur going directly to the ends without the means. So this will get in the way of getting laid. Instead of going out on Saturday night, Id just end up saying fuck it and fapping in the corner all night. Therefore skipping the means *getting laid*.
