Helloooooo, my first post from Washington (state) * 1

Well, a year and a half ago I tried mushrooms for the first time.

My first dose was light.  Colors got brighter, I saw faces in the rocks as I hiked.  It was a generally pleasant experience.
My second time I had a full dose (whatever that means) and it was completely different.  Colors did NOT brighten, I became a single floating eyeball, those feet under me weren’t mine, they were there because they wanted to be and I was okay with that.  The world was made of hexagonal tiles.  Tree tops were very frightening so I didn’t look at them.  My depth perception was completely gone, and I couldn’t tell if I was going uphill or downhill by sight (but could still tell by feel - from those feet that weren’t mine - I’m okay with that paradox).

So, it has been a year and a half.  I want to try them again.  I want to grow them, but am just not willing to expose myself in getting a spore print or syringe online, so it looks like I’ll have to wait till fall to find some cubes or (I hope) p. Azure’s and make my own.

Welcome.

Study the mushroom growth parameters that you wish to grow, study tek’s and start slowly gathering your equipment and by the time you are done with that the marketplace should be open to you.

Honestly I think Washington state sucks and I grew up there. Lol. Times sure do change. If you like the up north thing i have heard many recommendations about upstate new york. If you like hot dry desert-almost-near-oasis-type climate then Austin is the way to go.

I honestly don't know about the drugs in upstate New York though. Never been though I have been to Connecticut. Connecticut is weird. I guess Connecticut is ok. Upstate New York though I have heard is the place to be. I just wouldn't know.

I just don't like Washington anymore though except Pike Place Seattle. Funny because I grew up in Spokane for almost 15 years. I set fire to the city though. Bad times. Way old in the day days though.

Since then I have been cured.

Don't worry about getting a spore print online. The DEA has better things to do then track your mail and keep surveillance on you for months to see if you're using the spores for illegal purposes to grow a few mushrooms, and if you don't talk about it then they will never know. Good Luck!

Logical Chaos - I'm a bit worried about potential consequences.

Lemur Lemur - I wish I knew, I have absolutely no idea.  One of my questions about shrooms - do different shrooms give you different trips?  I really have no idea.  I know that I react strangely to marijuana - one time it made me very angry for 5 second slices every 5ish minutes.  Another time it made time slow down a lot - and I suffered.  don't like the stuff.  Can't use it anyway, I'm in a legal state, but am subject to federal testing.

Lophosaurus - How can I know it is safe to do?  I mean one of the websites vouched by shroomery says they're cool, but can I afford to take a chance with a potential felony at the end of the road?  This is my greatest concern.

There is a tiny amount of risk, but do you really think that the government is going to track your order and do surveillance on you to get evidence to get a search warrant? I really think they have much better things to do then to pursue someone ordering spores which are legal. Lots of people do it and never get in trouble.

If you start growing and telling everybody or selling they might take interest.
