Mixing four loko into a 40 like a brass monkey was my go to for a while. They were nicknamed sidewalk slammers because you'd either hit the sidewalk after one or the bottle would.

yea 4 loko is 2.99 plus tax.

It was a lot funner when it had the uppers in it. Like drinking a cup of coffee and getting drunk as fuck as well as they are like 14% or some crazy shit.

I hate the way they taste. Alcohol wd's come on from your body rejecting all the sugar. It's basically sugar beer. On top of whatever i'm currently killing myself with add a fuck ton of sugar on top.

Sour Apple 14%abv is the best sometimes I throw a kpin 2mg in it. Also mixing a monster energy sorta recreates the pre banned ones.

4 lokos got my ass into trouble. The only 2 times i've been to jail a 4 loko was involved.

How many millilitres are in these drinks? I can easily get my mead above 20%abv, or above 18% when using high gravity ale yeast instead of champagne yeast. It only costs me about $4 or $5 per 750ml bottle to make and I guarantee you it tastes a hell of a lot better and doesn't come with the brutal hangover. 

I can also distil my own craft liquors for pennies on the dollar compared to what it costs at the store. I also have the ability to make liquor that can't even be purchased at most stores. Spiced apple pie brandy and whatnot. It comes out of the still at 70%-80% alcohol, and if that is not watered down, a jar of that will land somebody either in jail, or the hospital.

Homemade alcohol FTW! If somebody tells you that homebrew or moonshine tastes like shit, they either don't know what they're doing, or know somebody that doesn't know that they're doing.

You can achieve the same result with highly active bakers yeast bro. Mead is worth the wait. Methaglenn is much better,  ive made a couple batches with poppyseed and a few other interesting ingredients,  like coca leaf tea.

From what I have read, proper winemaking yeast and ale/beer yeast works much better than bread yeast in nearly every case. It ferments much cleaner and doesn't need to be kept warm while it ferments. I'm not sure if bread yeast can actually reach high alcohol levels like that. I might try it sometime by very slowly step feeding it with very small amounts of honey and see how high I can get it, but honey around my parts is fairly expensive and I'd only try it with a 1 gallon batch. The main part of one of my meads is a very specific ale yeast, it does not require years of ageing like it does with any other type of yeast. Stepped nutrient additions are very important too because honey is basically devoid of any nutrients to feed the yeast besides sugars. I know baking yeast and brewing yeast is the same strain, but the brewing/wine yeasts have adapted to act a certain way when used to ferment beverages, which is why there is so many different options available. There's a yeast designed for just about anything you can think to ferment.

I love metheglyns. I have two test batches right now that are just about ready to bottle. One of them is going to be scaled up to a 5 or 6 gallon batch.

I'd love to infuse some of my mead with coca leaf sometime. I wouldn't do it with poppy seeds though, that's just asking for something bad to happen. I hate mixing opiates with alcohol anyways. I find it's just a waste of good drugs. I don't even feel the need to take kratom when I'm drinking and go to bed without taking any either.

The process your thinking about trying works let it come to near completion and then do it repetitively. I did this with a back sweetening by accident. With poppy seeds ive never gotten really crazy with im talking like about 6 ounces to a gallon, it just adds to it, i didnt want to ver power it. A Celtic flying potion is mead with henbane and opium.

Do not use bread yeast for brewing ANYTHING :facepalm: it will taste like absolute shit unless you are distilling it and filtering multiple times. Also there is no bread yeast that can ferment as fast or as high as real liquor/beer/wine/champagne yeast. It also will leave off flavors using bread yeast. I have experience :wink:. Also all yeasts you want to keep at optimal temperatures for fermenting, doesn't matter if its for wine/champagne/ale/other types of beer it dont matter they all have a sweet spot. And I also have experience with the real og four lokos and those things were fucking awesomely disgusting, if you still drink them well......:taco::cheers:

You are highly mistaken, turbo yeast is fucking amazing for making liquor, making everything else with it well not so much. Sorry you aren't the most educated in stuffs. :taco::cheers:

"Turbo" yeast is frequently used cheap yeast that is indeed sold for the purpose of brewing; but it in no way necessitates that this is the best option for optimal results.

God damn you have enjoyed, and I hope real,raw, cocaine & opiates and you chose alcohol for you daily use?!

God damn for a fraction of the $, and imo an incomparable high, I gotta go with poppy pods for the daily. oooh that natural morph/thebaine combo is god damn perfect blend of god like energy, bliss, concentration and physical abilities like a "hero".
