They were going to pay me but through my checking account rather than just handing me cash.

They usually offer a free debit card to load your cash onto. The first few times i went they handed out straight cash but that was like 10 years ago.

They give you Chase cards now that you load up. It sucks tho coz you end up paying withdrawal fees at ATMs because there's none of them around. Even their affiliates make you pay.

Trust me this makes you so much money and is very low risk. When I was younger and me and my mates needed cash we would go steal cool shit from people's front yards and sell it on gumtree (basically Amazon).  Try get sculptures and statues they sell for more. If you do it during the day on a weekday everyone is at work and no-one can see you :smile: the downside is that it is illegal though haha

Don't try this unless you live somewhere that bans firearms.

or find stuff for free, clean or fix it up and resell it.

flip cars or motorcycles

clean houses

just don't steal...

It's only an irrational argument because you have never struggled at the depths necessary to understand where stealing to feed yourself may be your only viable option. I understand your resentment in this issue, because I know that most of the time here in America you wouldn't need to steal anything... all you need to do is simply ask for it. The kindness of most strangers is always surprising and refreshing.

On the contrary I do understand, therefore suggesting that theft may not be the best path in this scenario given the consequences and all around negative impact.  There certainly is a time and place to do a lot of things however I'm not convinced this is it.  It behooves a person to assure the ends justify the means and all risk as well as potential consequence are worth the end goal.  Especially when the risk crosses over into cheat level actions, people don't respond kindly to such endeavors when they realize they are the target.

Fair enough, in the current situation it shouldn't be considered but we will still keep our options open for the future as it is unpredictable and you never know what dues you must pay to ensure  your own tomorrow.
