Probably deserved it, but the other guy should be arrested anyway.  That's the deal.  We live under laws, and sometimes it may or may not be "right" to break those laws.  If one decides to do the crime, it should be with the understanding that one may have to do the time.

He's wearing the Nazi symbol. That's enough to tank his ass.

The Nazi symbol was never a symbol of evil, destruction and racism. It was a symbol of peace, prosperity, luck and success. It's sad that this symbol WAS and IS being used in such a negative manner.

No..not at all.. he should not be arrested.. if he is.. then it will give a clear message for people to continue doing this type of behavior ... then more people will wear said symbol which will result in outcomes like in this video.. its not in their healths best interest to expose themselfs like that becoming a big target for "thugs"  see... thats the difference between me and you psi.. i care about the nazis wellbeing

I don't like how it's only a small snippet, I feel there's a lot missing to this story. So I can't truly judge the situation.

That said, he's an idiot and should've seen this coming. Yes the other guy should be arrested.

I wish there was more information on the guy who got punched in the video. He may not even actually believe he's a neo nazi, as far as I can tell he's just a trolling retard wearing a nazi arm band. A real life 4channer.

I saw 4channers doing some real life trolling once.  It was literally two fat guys with neckbeards running around yelling "real life trolling!"
