AIM Express

When I open AIM Express two windows come up....AIM Express and some stupid sunshine marketing window. When I go to close the ad window my computer freezes. Now I know AOL is a sonofabitch type of company but did they stoop so low as to program it on purpose to freeze users computers if they try to turn off the ad window which used to just be an option? I'd be interested if anyone else would try this and report their results.

It's probably just the usual fuxxored program AOL loves to produce and force people to use. AIM is just pretty much spyware anyway, so you're better off without it.

I've never had a popup come up with AIM express, theres a possibility you could have adware or a problem with your java virtual machine. Let the ad window load and see if it will open fully.
