Like with most things dont knock it till you try it
I haven't eaten meat in ages and I feel fine and Im lean as possible.
Not like I've ever even thought about trying to get enough protein.
People would feel alot better about their bodies if they stopped eating all the garbage food. Replace your sugar and meat addiction with opium.

Some are. Joe and I do the real ones though.

Jujutsu, MMA, muay Thai, wrestling , kick boxing .

We train to knock people out , take them down , choke them out and break their limbs.

The art and science of unarmed killing with maximum efficiency.

There is a lot of Bullshido out there but not in the jujutsu or MMA world.

Sure that happens. You put two opponents of equal stature one trained it's a ass whooping. Superior aeorobic capacity, endurance, muscle twitch speed.etc. More aggressive faster action times.

The military dosnt train its  killers in martial arts because it looks good.

Equal stature doesn't mean a lot. Every advantage can be interpreted as a weakness if only the right choices are made. Even that doesn't matter, training doesn't mean you can take a punch. This is the entire premise of martial arts - even though you do this shit, anyone can fuck you up.

They don't train soldiers in martial arts within the UK. I'll ask my US Marine buddies if it's a part of their core lessons, but i doubt it is.

They only train you in CQB with a weapon, Bayonette training, so forth.

I was over a decade in the Army and have multiple tours in warzones behind me. The only training I had was all weaponry based as I was a gunner.

Edited in, I'm sure some sections will get trained, IE SAS, Paras so forth, but your average joe blogg soldier doesn't. If you have to rely on martial arts when in combat (actual combat with people shooting at you and throwing nades at you), then the fights already lost :wink:

A punchers chance can come from a fat guy with Zero training.



But yea................MEAT!!!
