03-11-04 (Yesterday's Gone) Song Demo
    #2419773 - 03/11/04 05:16 PM (13 years, 19 days ago)

I just finished this song I've been working on for the last few days, basically since my first experience with 2C-I.

It's a day-after song.. you guys know how it is.. :P

Note: This is just a demo. Just one guitar track and one vocal track. I'm gonna be putting together another version (with a steady tempo, heh) later on.

Lyrics:

Yesterday's gone
Yesterday's gone
I know
Yesterday's gone
Yesterday's gone
I know
I know...
I know.
I know...
I know.

Got to move on
the feeling's gone
I know
yes it is dawn
yesterday's gone
I know

space and beyond
all you can pond
er, oh
all that is gone
yesterday's gone
I know
I know...
I know.
I know...
I know.

waiting for the big sign
killing all that is mine
waiting for the big si-ii-gn.. si-ign, si-ign..

This is what you've left
when you turn off all your best deceptions
this is what you get
when tired eyes are opened wide
This is what you've left
you know now that you can't go back inside
and I sigh
as I realize all at once, that

Yesterday's gone
Yesterday's gone
I know
Yesterday's gone
Yesterday's gone
I know
