I didn't condone anything.

There's just a clear difference between being an idiot (like Podesta) and being an idiot (like whoever is leaking information to the press).

One is a felony.

They could have used a brute force attack on Podesta's password and hacked into his account in 0.000005 seconds.

There isnt any sort of trail in hacking incidents unless you catch them in the middle of it. All it takes is a connection to the net and once its disconnected there is no way to connect it to anyone specific. There might be a log and some traffic but IP's are not like ID's and SINS.

I mean...I'm not talking about every time they logged into his account, or how frequently, or any of that.

I'm just talking about the initial phishing.  Which there is record of.  He probably never deleted  the email.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/10/29/how-podesta-got-hacked-password-email-revealed-in-wikileaks-dump.html

Quote:
A new email thread released Friday shows Podesta got a March 19 email from “Google” notifying him someone had his "password" and tried to sign in from Ukraine.

The IT team told Podesta the message was legit and he should change his password. But it appears the email actually was a phishing ploy – and likely gave the world access to the contents of his account.

No, that article was about the phishing.

The 'password' thing, I don't remember...might be #fakenews.

But still...he fell for phishing...like your grandma.

It doesn't really matter.  I just think it's funny.

Podesta was the leakest link.

And he liked to go to parties with blood rituals.

Trump has successfully shifted the public attention from Flynn to the illegal leaks coming from the Deep State that are attempting a soft coup. Brilliant. Now let's watch liberals try to defend the unelected, unchecked, rogue deep state military industrial complex that secretly has been guiding American politics all along. Trump truly is going to drain the swamp.

:congrats: fair move by Trump, i was hoping he'd do this, Flynn didn't deserve what he got.

You weren't bitching about leaks when Hillary was exposed on Wikileaks

Hillary got hacked because the John Podesta gave no fucks about passwords.  His hacked password was 'password'...and he gave it up in a phishing scam on a gmail account.

Trump's leakers are in the government.  They are traitors against the president.

Big difference.

See, you don't understand the basic tenants of American government.  Might be part of why you're so confused.

The president's cabinet and the offices they oversee report directly to him.  They are unelected officials who are sworn to uphold the constitution.  The constitution gives the president control over his Cabinet and the departments within the executive branch.

From the wikipedia page for the executive departments:

Quote:
Federal executive departments are analogous to ministries common in parliamentary or semi-presidential systems but, with the United States being a presidential system, their heads otherwise equivalent to ministers, do not form a government (in a parliamentary sense) nor are they led by a head of government separate from the head of state. The heads of the federal executive departments, known as secretaries of their respective department, form the traditional Cabinet of the United States, an executive organ that serves at the disposal of the president and normally acts as an advisory body to the presidency.

So, they might not explicitly swear an oath to the president...but they swear an oath to the Constitution...and the constitution defines their role as subservient to the president.

Article 2 defines the president's powers.
Quote:
The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years,

The president has all the power of the executive branch.

Also from Article 2.

Quote:
The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices...

Now, if you are still not convinced, look up any executive department and read the law that created them.

In each, you will find that the primary duties of these are to help the president.

It's so funny to me that you think people employed within the executive branch of the government don't ultimately report to and are subservient to the president.

It's equivelant to you showing up to work drunk and when your boss calls you into the office to discuss it...you tell him "I don't answer to you!"

So, have you ever read the Constitution you claim to be an expert on?

Because all indications are that you have not.

I even posted the relevant text directly from the constitution for you to read.

You really do crack me up. trump is trying very hard to over reach his executive powers by placing unlawful executive orders to his cabinet to enforce when they have absolutely no idea how to follow through. His immigration is not legal as attested to by the ninth circuit court.

You people are a real fucking piece of work.At least Webster has an excuse (taking too much HGH) but you other guys ...geez...you really think that our immigration policy was a failure before trump??? You think radical muslims are slipping in all over the country?...Read some statistics...
Quote:
A recent study from the Triangle Center on Terrorism and Homeland Security at the University of North Carolina, titled “Muslim-American Involvement in Violent Extremism,” found the following:

Since 9/11, there have been no fatalities in the United States caused by extremists with family backgrounds in the seven Muslim-majority countries under the Trump executive order (Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen).
The 54 fatalities caused by Muslim-American extremists in 2016 -- a sum that includes the 49 victims of the Pulse massacre -- brought the total since the 9/11 attacks to 123. Consider that number in light of this one: More than 240,000 Americans were murdered over the same period.
In 2016 alone, 188 Americans were killed in mass shootings, a figure that does not include the victims of Muslim-American extremists.

Face it....you've bought into the baseless fear bullshit that trump wants you to.:facepalm3:
