I have a clean and nice room for mycelium to grow , but there is one problem ... The temperature in that room is always on 21 C degrees , i know that it's not enough , so i wanted to use an infrared lamp . I don't know how you people call it , but it is an red light bulb that provides much heat and not much light ... I was thinking if that could be as a source of heat and light ... Can i have this all the time on ? Maybe it's too much light ...

You could always experiment with putting the infrared lamp on a timer, rather than leaving it on constantly.
Ideally, you'd get a thermostat which the lamp could be plugged into. Might try Radio Shack or an equivalent store for that.

Yes ... a timer would be a nice idea ... I have a electric timer for radio's , television , anything that goes on 220V-240V . Ill make some test's but i think that it is ok to just let it shine ... Ill check the temperature for 10 minutes ... It was turend on half an hour ago ..

yes ... An infrared lamp is great ... It heates 50 cm around it to 24-29 C degrees . Do you think that falling from 28 to 21 C degrees could shock the mycelium and stop the growth ?
