Golden oyster and shitake on BRF substrate?

Can thse 2 varieties be spawned with BRF flower substrate? If not any links to proper tek's?

there was a bit of talk on this a while ago and i think it was decided that there wasnt enough cellulose, in brf, to support decent fruiting.
Someone posted pics of white oyster fruiting from a brf type cake and it wasnt pretty.
You can use sawdust/straw etc. on a mini scale(single jar) and it will be cheaper than brf and no more work.
