Anybody else lose some range of motion in their arms/elbow after bicep day?

like i can still extend my arm all the way but it hurts and feels like the tendon is really tight.
in fact it's hard to get a full extension without pushing down with my other arm.
why exactly does this happen?
how can i prevent it or alieviate it after the fact?
is it wise to workout my arms in this state(it's been two days and i want to do upper body again)?
thanks for reading.

Maybe try switching up your bicep exercises? Replace barbell with dumbell or vice versa? Replace preacher curl with free curl/hammer curl? It could be the specific exercise.

Ice packs then heat. Sometimes like right after a workout my arms get like that. Usually goes away in a hour or so though. Is it both arms or one? Is there pain?

it's mostly the left. there is pain but it's like a soreness. right where the bottom most part of my bicep muscle seems to connect to the elbow area/forearm

Soreness/hyperextension is a completely different feeling and that's located at my elbow area which i don't use for bangin

this will happen to me if i havent worked out in a while. it gets so bad sometimes too
but it goes away. just lift less or take your time more while lifting and try to stretch more
it gets me too tho. i hate that first workout after being lazy for like a month. i try to ease into it instead of going all out on that first workout
when it happened to me it was painful. like i could barely move my arms for a day or 2. it sucked. was just kinda stuck in a locked position. icy hot will help but its only temporary. wont last all day

Bananas are from North Africa, they were grown to hunt white people and now Iceland is growing them in their volcanic ash so expect an invasion and the loss of your genetic diversity

Stretch your muscles before intensive lifting too, could be that you're getting old.
