Ever heard of Edgar Cayce, the 20th Century Psychic?

In case you have never heard of this amazing guy, Edgar Cayce was in an incredible psychic from the 20th century.

He would fall asleep and enter a "sleep-like" state and could access all sorts of incredible information by doing so. He had access to ESP and psychic abilities, dream interpretation, medical insight, and about the Soul and Consciousness.

I used to listen to Art Bell coast to coast and he did many shows on this dude.

As far as psychics go (mostly bs) this guy seemed pretty legit.  He was probably one of the best be it real or not.

Years ago during the initial stages of my exposure to spiritual awareness & practice I decided to check out a very informative book regarding Edgar Cayce titled "The Sleeping Prophet". It was my first exposure and introduction to the concept of "channeling", i.e. the phenomenon wherein the lower density energetic expression and translation of higher essence which is the being in human incarnation is able to access one's metaexistential connectivity and receptivity, achieving the capacity for omnimetatheocosmicdata downloading and conveyance of concepts oriented towards the progression to less veiled comprehension of Universal machinations and functions.

I later read in the Law of One Ra Material (among the first channeled works I'd discovered) that Edgar Cayce was accessing the Akashic Records in order to view the possibility/probability vortices of the manifest existential timelines that were currently forged and anchored to the experiential continuum & nexus for the particular existential circumstances for the being or event he was tasked to do a "reading" for.

Have read his book Story of Jesus.

Apparently, occasionally when he would go into trance he would start going off about Jesus being the reincarnation of Adam and various other figures.

He talked about a concept that souls move in groups, and continually reincarnate and get in contact again to further each other's spiritual development.
It was interesting stuff.

If I recall, think he may have also went on about himself being the reincarnation of Jesus and his most loyal contemporary followers having been biblical figures.

He was interesting, and they framed it in some context that the ramblings about Jesus had started before he read the bible or something.
But seem to recall also reading at some point that he had read the bible cover to cover two times for every year of his life, or something like that.

Interesting to read, but that is about the extent of weight I can really give to it.  Never revisited the book or his other works. :shrug:
