'traditional' italian pizza is terrible in general, so i cant imagine italian pizza from a vending machine is any better.

That pizza is completely undercooked and also going to be floury as fuck. The dough wasnt proofed

Proofing is a process when yeast in the dough(this probably has no yeast added) is allowed to eat the sugar added to the dough, creating air bubbles so that he crust isnt like eating playdoh

Why would it be horrible?

Maybe it's a kickass dough recipe.
Maybe it's high quality deli meat.
Maybe the cheese is amazing.

Just because you take away the greasy hands of the cook that just scratched his sweaty balls doesn't mean you automatically take away good taste.

I remember I was at this hotel that had an automatic pancake machine for the breakfast. Tasted the same way playdoh smells.

baking powder eliminates the need for proofing because there's no yeast
