German Law - looking for info

A friend of mine who is currently in Germany with me wants to get back into growing again, but can't find any information in English on German law or common legal response to mushroom growing. I guess the important distinctions he wants to know about are whether or not Mycellium and growing equipment can be counted as something similar to "conspiricy to produce drugs". He'd be thankful for any help or links to info :smile:

Mushrooms Spores = Not Legal !!!!
Mycel = Not Legal
Grow = The same as above
to be in possession of Psilocybin Mushrooms = Not legal
consumption Psilos = exempt from punishment

I think when your friend is not an German citizen and only grow a little bit it is not heavy when the police catch him.But there are hard regional distinctions in law.In the south (Bavaria) is the drug law harder then in the north.
