Do you have a version of that video that runs at it's real speed?  Everyone sounds drunk when slowed down.

Currency rates are mostly to do with interest rates, inflation and trade balances.

Our shit canadian tire dollar is curtailing my online spending habit. Country is too dependent on oil. And oil isnt predicted to rise for a long time.

also Trudeau has been in office not nearly long enough to drastically affect the value of the dollar. Though its mostly due to things beyond the pm's control, if anything it would be Harper's fault wouldn't you think, given his 10 year run prior to Trudeau's few months thus far?

no, but changes a pm makes can indirectly affect the dollar. I was just observing, that Trudeau hasn't been in office long enough for the consequences of any of his decisions to really be felt
