Hand Tremor (shaky hands)

Does anyone have this problem? It's so frustrating because I get it randomly and its quite annoying. I'm not withdrawing from anything so it's not that. I first thought it was from drinking too much coffee and mixing it with kratom but today I did none and I still had this problem.

My problem is I work in a lab and have to do multiple repeated steps with surgical precision. I'm basically a surgical tech except I work with stem cells. Case and point. I've been called out on my hands being shaky and all I can say is it's because the coffee and I was told to lay off it.

It only lasts a few seconds then I slowly goes away. I'm almost positive I have an essential tremor. The other thing is that I am being trained and my nerves during these 8 hour labs are fucking brutal. It's really stressful trying to maintain a sterile field without fucking up and having supervisors watching every step.

Well. That's my vent. Wondering if anyone else suffers from this bullshit and if what they did to fix it or make it less shaky.

I got very acute tremors from caffeine. Slight but very annoying. Try cutting caffeine out of your diet, may take up to two weeks for them to stop.

I have a pretty baseline tremor and it makes loading gels a pain in the ass. Always had it though. I don't notice it most of the time but detailed tasks can be annoying

I was also on that weed tea. lol. I seriously have a tremor or something or parkinsons from hella droogz

Use good micro technique. Always steady your hands/arms on immovable objects. I do a lot of sterile field work and surgeries and this helps immensely--especially after coffee.

Yep I use this to my advantage as well but I have a few where my arm has to be extended up and it can't rest. I've noticed today that breathing through my nose seemed to cause it more then when I just breathe out my mouth. Idk man I've never had to be this fucking steady but I feel like it's getting less and less.

I have the same issue gorlax. I do histology lab stuff for a skin cancer speciality that requires a lot of precision. Go to your GP and get a beta blocker. It helps tremendously. Either that, or take like a .5 mg of etizolam to chill you out a little

Good idea. Propranolol should help with the shaky hands but it also is used sometimes for generalized anxiety disorder. I have a friend that is a musician and he gets nervous before gigs. He went to his GP and they gave him propranolol and he finds that it is a big help.

I seriously have put a lot of thought into getting beta blockers. I just don't want to be on something that's addicting cuz I know how withdrawals are from many things lol

Saint vitus dance perhaps? It looks unlikely though.

A caffeine consumption of 400mg per day is not necessarily bad. I doubt you even drink that much in a shift. Unless your highly sensitive to caffeine, I wouldn't say that it is it unless of course you have completely stopped caffeine for a few days and it goes away.

Dude I've been drinking coffee for a long time. I am not super sensitive to it. I have noticed it's worse when I do use it though.

I just got some beta blockers. Waiting on em in the mail. Will use when I absolutely need to I guess.
