Do you drink Coconut Water?

I've been buying 20 bottles of it for 5$ at the local thrift shop and drinking one every morning and I find it more effective than coffee.  It rehydrates me after a night of slumber and gets my mind running better than caffeine ever would.  I am not really a fan of plain coconut water, but over ice it is tolerable.  When mixed with pomegranate juice over ice though, it is simply to die for.  What do you think of coconut water?

Have you tried this brand and flavor?  It's actually delicious.

Yes it worked well for my hangover.

I would also recommend the Arbys curly fries with nacho cheese, ranch dressing, and bacon Arby bits of quality bacon.

They have the most annoying black guy in commercials. Great to be yelled at when watching tv.

I'm lucky, like I said I get 20 of the above pictured bottles for 5$.  There is a local discount food shop that gets all this "expired" packaged yuppie shit like coconut water, organic soups, teas etc., and sells it really fucking cheap.

Nah, I drink coconut milk and use coconut oil for a lot of my cooking though. I'm sure coconut water is good stuff too, I'm not gonna pay for it though but my dad lives in Florida so he could probably send me some of it from the coconuts he collects sometimes.

Love coconut water but how the fuck are you buying 20 for 5$? must be crap. Those things run 2-5$ EACH.

Yes you are feeling more energized because coconut water hydrates you while caffeine dehydrates. Hydration is the #1 most important factor related to fatigue.

When you buy coconut water, look for "not from concentrate". It means it holds more of the natural products such as enzymes.

That's not really true to anyone who has a dependence to caffeine, which most people do. You very quickly gain a tolerance to the diuretic effects.

Love it! I get them for about 99 cents a piece. Lovely stuff, very refreshing and energizing cold. I'm not big on favors though, I love the natural taste. Try getting one with pulp it's like drinking a bubble tea except with coconut bits instead of tapioca pearls. But the best way to drink coconut water is out of a fresh young coconut, the white ones that look like marshmallows. They're quite cheap at any good Asian market and come with the added bonus of a delicious, custard like coconut treat after you drink the water.

Yeah man all the time. I only drink the pure stuff though

It is also what my daughter (3) drinks instead of all those sugar filled kiddy drinks

This brand is the cheapest, at least where I live

It's a discount food shop that buys "expired" non-perishables from local yuppie shops.  The brand I linked is pretty damn tasty and leaves me feeling fine.
