What a pointless exercise.

If it stays on his record, what point is a pardon? Was he even on probation? Second, and more importantly, why the fucking hell would he give a shit? Most people who want a pardon or records sealed are struggling to get any job at all. Dude is worth millions. His criminal history is definitely not effecting his livelihood.

He could own one before. What's illegal for the average citizen isn't illegal to rich people. I mean by the books it is, but money can buy you out of almost anything. He could've carried an illegal gun into a police station and got away with it.

Just about the only things money won't buy you out of is being Jared, Aaron or scamming people for millions+

i don't know who Jared or Aaron are, but if you want to scam people out of millions, just designate yourself an LLC and stay in business for decades.  Leave a well-established business plan for the future owners, and have a hundred lawyers write confusing but non-circular business policies/contractual agreements.  Then you can legally bail on the services you were paid to provide by having all kinds of crazy clauses and non-refundable products
