Key with Salvia is NEGOTIATION. Negotiate with the spirit so that it in its enthusiasm doesnt show too much, too soon. Negotiate before you ingest, with the herb. Explain it that you want a durable relationship (this is what it wants) and if it gives you too much too soon it will lead to you not feeling like ingesting it anymore.

Reason with it, you both have the same agenda.

It will listen very carefully.

I would think that the salvia would, for a time, entirely displace the mdma experience. That has been my experience with shrooms+salvia, anyway. One minute I was tripping rather hard off the shrooms and the next minute (as soon as I smoked it) I was completely in salvia land, with no memory of taking the shrooms. About the only thing different is my memory of the event - usually salvia will leave me with an amnesia that passes within the next couple hours leaving a crystal clear recollection of the event. That time I was left with barely a memory of it - just the knowledge that I did do it, that it was as unpleasant as is usual with salvia, and that it completely replaced the shroom high.

It's got as much reverse tolerance as they said Etizolam does, which is to say that it doesn't, despite some studies saying it does. Though yes it gets easier to break through when you've been there.

As far as negotiating with it, that's kind of a crock of shit. You can't "negotiate" with a bongload of 20x straight to the lungs. Quidding? Maybe. Quidding is still miserable, however.

Salvia will turn you into a disoriented, drooling ape, no matter how much foreplay you give it before ingestion. Mouth agape, pins and needles, world of cogs, the whole fiasco. It's a very industrial spirit. Industrial misery. All said, there's certainly a feminine spirit somewhere in the molecule. Somehow, a consciousness distinct from our own and consistent across plants of the same genus has implanted itself in the molecular structure. It sounds ridiculous until you read a bunch of trip reports and try it yourself. You can hear her speak, see her wicked smile.
I stand by this fact. I've seen it exhibited time and time again. Some think it's "mother nature", I think it's some sort of trapped archetype within all of our heads that salvia is able to bring out.

Salvia gets remarkably potentiated by MDMA, I have Sageflipped before and its extremely intense. A normal dose became overwhelming.

We each took a normal hit from our pipes. Next thing we know is the back wall resorbs my body and my head slides to the ceiling, laughing frantically, my aspie friend paces around the house mumbling gibberish and my christian friend lying on the floor gets literally RAN OVER BY A CATHEDRAL.

We took our Salvia sober from then on :rockon:

You should know that Salvia for me usually manifests as a colossal bright green snake or a tangle of a snake with many heads and tails. It swallows you and you travel through the snakes body to other locations. Its body works like a wormhole.

What it often also does is use my house and warps it to form itself. Its not just the look of the materials but they actually have a feel to them.

Salvia's spirit when smoked is wise but vibrant, radiant, enthusiastic and childlike in its enthusiasm. Is wants to ahow you EVERYTHING in ALL DETAIL, NOW. Thats what frustrates people, smoking salvia is like out of body tripping foie gras style.

Salvia and I have clear agreements, among them:

-Let me choose if we'll talk or you show me places
-Do NOT pull on my heart to move my spirit body.
-Go easy on me.

It keeps these promises if you remind it.

Thats a classic Salvia thing, but oddly you also get it in the MXE Kurrents, physical objects moving through you.

Smoked Salvia in modest dose goes EXTREMELY WELL on the decline of MXE. It becomes an hourlong experience then thats much less dysphoric than when smoked sober. Usual dose for me is 20-40mg 10x or 20mg 20x

I remember one salvia trip I became a vortex of light bouncing off the window of a school bus (??) meanwhile I was just huddled on the ground in my bedroom :undecided: oh salvia :awesome:

I have a lab vial with a few grams of Salvia 20x bought off a Shroomery Sponsor. Its a treasured possession like DMT would be.

I rarely use it but it never fails to impress. Inhale a wisp of smoke, close your eyes, marvel.

When I was younger I could hardly stand Salvia, so rough and violent, now that I'm more seasoned it is very friendly, gentle and respectful. Its about NEGOTIATION. Sounds silly but it is.
