If i have drugs on me i follow the rules of the road and if im selling drugs i dont do it at home and find people out of my county that way nothing gets picked up by my local police. I mean none of that is dumb luck its careful planning to keep my ass fed and comfortable and not in prison. I know many of people that have drugs on them, even felony amounts of hash and in my state thats any amount get pulled over for not following traffic laws sometimes the cop doesnt search the car sometimes he does that is dumb luck imo.
