i would take pics and post them on the internet.

definately would not call police. but i may or may not post their address and floor/room where they live

I saw 2 people fucking against a tree at a festival and 2 people did it on a bin outside my flat once. I didn't do much, I had a look though :shrug:

If that were my house and my neighbor did that I would probably be a little weirded out. At first it sounds great, and I'm sure I would look, but I don't think it would really elevate my opinion of that person as a good neighbor. It's odd behavior.
