i have a health condidtion, there is an operation i can have which i need to talk about or even ask about transplant of major organ...i have used drugs in the past and been fine and had a big 7+ year break off them and obviously never did too much though with the extra risks i guess i should of always been more cautious...
though recently i obtained a small stash of various things, 2cb being one (it's a nice drug i'll say that) and has been tried a few times at 5mg doeses with some notice of raised heart next day but i have tried lsd too, not a whole tab as i micro dosed first a few times and tried the rest of same tab i estimated about 80-100ug and think it has had an adverse effect on me as i took a lot of meds that night to compensate i feel the medication i take no longer really keeps me in check after years of using this daily anyway even before this slight usage may have made things a little worse, but i get those feeligs from some normal activites too
so im wondering what i should say to the Dr when i ask about the operation or transplant, would it be best to leave any recent drug usage out of the conversation, i think if i mention i have used any of these or the mdma i also micro dosesd i will appear to not care about my helth at all and won't get the treatment or be put on a longer waiting list that could ultimatly make my life a whole lot better physically
mentally ive a long way to go and know drugs aren't the sole answer i felt they might offer me something better than the meds i was perscribed.

No, you always tell your doctor about your drug use. An occasional trip isn't the same as an opiate addiction and they won't look at it the same. But if there's some weird interaction they need to know, to be able to save your life.

At least stop taking weird drugs for a month leading up to the surgery.

Well, I am in the healthcare field, and let me tell you...Doctors were young once too, and I would say that atleast some have personal experience with some recreational drugs. They are not these Godlike figures that are all super health crazy, although...some are....but not all. I would come clean, tell the Doctor;
While in the conversation about the transplant, say..."I am not sure if it would impact the outcome of my surgery, or cause further harm to my body, but in the past I have experimented with some recreational drug use. I am not addicted, nor dependant to anything, but I would like to get some further information pertaining to the upcoming procedure in correlation with my past drug use."
They well not think your an idiot, or dont care about your body...if anything they will think you care MORE about your health simply for being honest and asking them the question at hand.
Good Luck!

thanks that's something i will take into concideration, i think the operation is the option that could be offered sooner over the transplant but it all needs discussing tbh

that's what i intended to do im not using regualrly at all with the 2cb 4-5 times in the last year and its been a month or so since i had any but i'm thinking of dosing soon maybe 10mg at some stage, i feel i want to try micro dosing lsd again for some reason even though the trip i had on the larger ammout was not at all pleasant for the most part because of the racing haert, some cev that were pretty odd and brief which i kind of enjoied but i was left with a sense of feeling aggravated for hours and hours wanting ot get to sleep
