I don't think K and nitrous are very similar at all.  I hate K - it's the only drug I've ever taken that I HATE.  But I LOVE nitrous - one of my favourites, up there with MDMA.  Nitrous, for me, is nothing but positive.  I have never had an inkling of a neutral or negative feeling on nitrous.  It is overwhelmingly positive and awesome.  Doooo eeeeet!

Did you do a real big line of it your first time or a little bitty bump?

K dosage takes a bit of experience and it's best to start small with it and see how you take it, and if you want to, work up from there.  Almost everybody I've talked to who says they hate K did big rails of it for their first time...

I did a little bump my first time, and second time.  Hated both those times.  Gave it a third shot while tripping balls on acid, freaked the fuck out for about an hour.

Then my fourth time I k-holed - it was an odd experience, and I didn't enjoy it.  It was just fucking weird.  It didn't freak me out, but it just wasn't enjoyable.  Then a couple nights ago I had a bump and absolutely hated the feeling.

I am so done with K.

So it's almost exactly 6 years later and I still haven't done nitrous.  But all of the sudden, I'm getting curious about it again.  Click this link.  Do you think Coaster was right about iSi Cream Profi dispensers being the best?  If so, which one should I get?  The links from early in this thread are dead.

Leary you can probably fucking order that shit off amazon and read customer reviews.  I don't really have an opinion on the dispensers because I never had my own, but I imagine as long as you get something decent you're going to have as good a time as you can on nitrous.

I wouldn't spend a lot of money on it.  I feel like you're probably at the age where you're gonna try it and go "meh"

Yeah, I read some reviews but they're all about the legitimate uses of the canisters.  :tongue:

That's what I'm afraid of!  I really wish I had seeked it out when I was young and at a hippie festival.  At this point, it's going to cost me a little over $100 to try it.

So they don't sell 20 packs of little cartridges for like $30, and a cracker for like $5 where you live?  Check at porn shops.  No need to get the cadillac of whippet dispensers if you don't even know if you'd like doing it.

You guys are right.  I just need a taste before I unnecessarily go for the Cadillac.  But I'm not going to huff whipped cream.  I guess one of my main concerns was that I get the highest quality/grade that I can.  I can't get medical grade, so that's out.  So I wanted to go the Pure Whip route.  Supposedly there's a big difference between a can of whipped cream and Pure Whip.  Thoughts?

I would trust Coaster. If anyone knows what they're talking about when it comes to drugs, it's Coaster.

Also, he didn't get banned. From what I heard, he left because he wanted to go sober and get away from drugs and the drug scene in general.

I really hope he comes back one day. He was one of the best posters ever.
