Enjoy by is definitely my favorite stone beer, I'm not a big fan of arrogant bastard. Their regular IPA is alright, but now there are so many better ones out there...

The regular IPA hits the old school IPA spot for me better than any other. Piney and resiny, doesn't quite smell like fruit juice :lol:

Love Ruination and Cali-Belgique too, but I love everything they make. Imperial Russian Stout is my favorite of the style, as are Arrogant and Double, love Old Guardian barleywine, Pale Ale is an awesome english/american hybrid that I have no good substitutes for, and Levitation was (discontinued, last bottling is this month and I'll probably not see it :sad:

Their barrel aged beers have been some of my favorite, too.

Go-To reminded me a lot of a light (4.5%) Enjoy By if you haven't tried it. Super aromatic and dank, and really doesn't taste lighter than 5-6% to me.

Self-Righteous is being discontinued too, sad to say, but it will be replaced with a black enjoy by (also released periodically). And the bourbon barrel aged Arrogant Batard that was in last year's Bastard Box is returning this year in 6 packs! :grin:

Worth a try even though you aren't a fan of Arrogant, it really mellows out in the barrel. All sweet raisiny flavors, with just light notes of Arrogant's aggressively piney chinook hop flavor.

Im way into craft beer. This is also Stout season so ive been drinking Founders Imperial Stout a bunch.

When i drink Liquor, i like top shelf Bourbon.
Whoever said Tullamore is the best Whisky is wrong. The best style is Bourbon. The best Bourbon is Pappy Van Winkle. The best Pappy is 23 yr.....

Liquor because it's cheaper so long as you don't drink Belvedere.

I just remembered a beer that was amazing it was called Hop Slam by Bells. i was fucking amazing i think it only comes out once a year for about a month.

I only drink liquor. Usually bourbon or 95% ethanol watered down to 43%.

I don't like the taste of wine.

I may be slightly allergic to beer. I became extremely sick after drinking my first one. Tried a couple times after that and still got sick. I don't care because it tastes like shit anyways. Its like drinking a half-assed liquor recipe someone made. When it was time to distill they decided to add carbonation instead.

Arrived here last week but I couldn't find it. It might only be on tap for growlers, I didn't check. All the other Bells was still in stock and plenty of it.

No Hopslam for me it seems this year, although I might have a firkin pour next week. Scored a 6 day old case of Green Flash Palate Wrecker, honestly (IMO) more of a hop slam than Hopslam, so I can't complain :lol:

Have some Stone Mixed 12's in the fridge too, so no shortage of hops at all. Right now, though, I'm having Founders Imperial Stout like Lysergic mentioned.

A sensation of sweet chocolatey flavors as it first hits, and then the rich roasty tobacco-like flavors dominate. Hard to say whether I like this or Stone IRS more, fortunately I don't have to :tongue2:

Does anyone know if it's true that cheap alcohol stays on your breath longer than expensive alcohol? And if this is true is it because the stomach takes longer to break down and process it?

Expensive or cheap, the ethyl alcohol in it is exactly the same chemical.
