Hmmm.... I need to find that sound that they used to use on SuperFriends and Thundar the Barbarian when ever there was a scene of intense magic.  I wouldn't even know where to begin to describe the sound...

I'm surprised so many of you guys use a song as your ringtone.

I used to until a few years ago, and I remember whatever the song I had as my tone would become insanely annoying within a few weeks so I would have to constantly keep changing it. It also started to feel a bit childish to me for some reason.

I changed it to the "classic rotary phone" tone and have never looked back. I feel now as my phone should sound like an actual telephone when someone calls me. :shrug:

I use to have the Russian national anthem for my uncle,
some jingles from a couple Japanese commercials I put together,
the lady from the telephone co. saying "the number you have dialed is not in service, try your call again" followed by that loud ass off the hook tone.
I'm thinking of using the old Nokia ringtone.

I used to feel this way but one day realized what a great sound effect navi from ocarina of time saying 'HEY LISTEN' is, i also keep meaning to get the sound effect of baby mario crying for a ringtone, which is also known as the most annoying video game sound effect ever.
