Shooting Brown was correct.  taking down Gardner was correct.  Shooting Rice was correct.  Diallo was not.  When they do wrong I will say something about it.  When idiots opine that cops should expect to be shot and are cowards I will say that they are wrong.

Tell us again about your occasional fistfights.  Could it be that the fact you are a violent criminal has colored your opinion of cops?  You should probably be in prison now.

Shooting a 12 year old kid wasn't right, nor was strangling somebody to death when they're using their last breaths to say they can't breath while in a chokehold. To me still, the biggest mystery is how James Eagan Holmes killed 12 people and let off over 50 rounds but was taken alive.

Dont act like youve never been in a fight. Sometimes people try to take my money or run their mouth so we square uo. Whats wrong with that? Would it be better if i shot them? And as far as prison goes, fist fighting between two adults is a petty misdemeanor, so jail maybe prison no.

Im not tryin to be tough im trying to  be honest. I may not be the biggest guy in town but ive got some decent hands. Everyone fights in my town, im surprised other people dont have to deal with it.

The kid had a gun and Garner wasn't strangled to death.  Do you know what you can say when you are being choked?  Nothing.  A chokehold is a misnomer.  If you have a beef with anybody in re Garner it should be with the EMTs.

I have no idea who Holmes is but every case is unique.

while i don't condone resisting arrest, for myriad reasons, the police are simply not the arbiters of punishment. employing excessive force is unacceptable by any measure. we entrust the cops to act professionally in what are sometimes extraordinary circumstances. it's not part of the job; it is the job. turning a blind eye towards the cops' misuse of power does not promote a just society.

Have you never wrestled or fought with people? You definitely can say something. Call it whatever you want, but he died because they kept a tight hold when he said he couldnt breathe multiple times . And if you yet again say "you can't talk when you're being choked" you show your ignorance of never being put in that situation.

The police are charged with making street decisions.  If you aren't a fucking moron who chooses to get shot you will get your day in court.  The state will even pay for your lawyer if you are brokedown loser.  Garner had 30 arrests.

You cannot speak when you are being choked.  Garner died of fat, asthma and a heart attack brought on by physical exertion that he and he alone precipitated.

I have choked on a piece of food.  I could not speak a word.
