candy corn is so good for you

well, I've been eating candy corn lately..
and I thought, "HEY! IS THIS STUFF 'HEALTHY?'"
people say it isn't, but what do they know?

started doing some research, yes...

I have a friend who's diet during his middle school and teen years was steak
and candy corn, apparently he considered it a vegetable and he was healthy
enough. I introduced him to shrimp and for 3 months that was all he ate
