preserving 2 8ths in baggies and medicine bottles?

Ive had 2 8ths of shrooms resideing in a ziplock baggie and a pharmacy standard mediceine bottle...im concered on how long these lil guys will stay potent.. ive had them in there scince july and its nov. now im wondering if I lost anything special due to just keeping them outta honey...also i plan on keeping them preserved for the winter until spring time..or i might pop half an 8th if we get a major blizzard i think that would be totally kick ass to trip while its snowing..though id be prepared to keep warm....i hope i havent destroyed these sacremental purities and have hte chance to enjoy them next year...i could put them in honey but i cant leave the honey sitting out in the open air...( i have parents that can be suspicious if they see a honey of blue in the freezer) so can i keep the honey locked safe in room temp enviroment? plz any help or suggestiions or comments are greatly appreciated...thx

put a small bag of dessciant in the bottle with the shrooms.

There have been chemical studies of liberty caps from England from 1855 which were found to be as potent as fresh dried shrooms in the late 19790s. AS long as you keep them out of light and away from heat and they are 100% dried yo can store f them for a long time but most people have a hard time keeping any of them very long.

there in a locked safe which is dark and there in individual ziplock baggies put into 2 medicine bottles..the ones you get precriptions in...i have them in a black case ..and i havent opened them scince july so im assumeing im doing the right thing...i have a tempation to eat them of course but i think the longer i wait..the more enjoyable they will be

take them out of everything place them in a single ziploc bag with a sacheet of sicilia gel. It comes in a wee pillow thing with electrical goods. Itll kepp them dry indefinately. They odnt lose potency over time at least on a reasonably small timescale, anyone wanna prove me wrong cos im not 100% sure.

man if your gonna tell me to put them in a sacheet of sicilia gel explain what that shit is and what electronics they usuall ship with...i dont wanna have to go buy that shit...for now im keeping them in the zippies and in their med bottles...they havent changed color any

Silica-descicant is a substance that absorbs moisture. You can find them in medicine bottles like Excedrin or vitamin pill bottles....You know those things that say "do not eat". If you want,just raid your medicine cabinet and steal one from a pill bottle. I use "damp rid" to keep moisture out of my dried shrooms. Its found at a supermarket by the kitchen stuff and comes in little balls. I just empty tea bag...fill them up with damp rid..then tape-staple the bag back together.

sicilia gel, comes with cd players, radios anythign where moisture could cause a problem to the product. Its in a little bag. If you wanna be picky look in the drying out shrooms section they tell you all manner of crazy ways of drying things out or keeping them dried out as the case may be.
