Space is the place man

wrote this song/poem whathaveyou when i was bored today.. its about space. cause space is cool and i wanna go there. yeah.

I'd leave this earth with no apologies,
to float in space eternally,
among the stars i would live and die,
riding rockets across the blackened sky.

Acid my only earthly cargo,
psychonauts know where it is i go,
racing light to go back in time,
to see the birth both yours and mine.

Cosmic secrets of eons past
Inside my mind they rest at last
Growing lives of new galaxies
recieve my gift of LSD.

Should I live to grow weak and old
Fly me straight towards a black hole
End a life of stellar ecstacy
Eyes grow wide as my soul breaks free.
