Yeah, it was really peaceful. Unfortunately, I was a little punk back then. Once I got out I continued to be a derelict and hurt my parents. It wasn't until 10 years later that I really began to appreciate the experience and appreciate my family for never giving up on me. They are my best friends now. I only hope I'll do the same for my kids someday.
