Bipolar manic depression is a really shitty mental disorder, especially with general and social anxiety disorder on lifelong benzos.

400mg X2 a day. It's a godsend and a curse. It helps immensely for shortening episodes. I hate to recommend big pharma but they made a mental health med work... I've got a lot on my plate right now and I'm not surprised.

When was the last time you felt unshroomy?

every time the misses has an episode. so- about an 1 this morning. That is a fucking awesome. 100mg once a day does the trick

I become increadibly impulsive and hyper-sexual during my manic states.
It fucking sucks, I hate it worse than the depression.

I find that giving my wife some special attention during her manic states helps her. Just talking to her about what is going on and how the episode will pass shortly always calms her down. Normally she talks all the time but during an episode she just likes listening to me talk the whole time.

I feel like at least one point in the day I feel super shroomy and almost wanna dose but am restricted by the boundaries of everyday life. I highly enjoy the philosophical mindstate that psychedelics put me into and I can entertain myself off of my own thoughts for the whole trip. I especially feel shroomy when I take xanax and drink because of my high confidence. I feel super unshroomy when I get some bad vibes from people I care about.

Yah, my fiancée is an invaluable support to me whenever I am going through a rough patch.
Even her presence is enough to many times significantly change my mental state.
Too bad she's been gone half a worlds away for almost a month now...

The depression is the worst for me. Eats me alive because shit could be fine but it just does not stop. I don't care how shitty I am to people, I look out for #1 when I'm manic. Sucks to be a dickbag but I just wanna be left alone when it gets real bad. I disappear from everyone because I don't want to hurt them, at least do my best. The collateral damage in relationships sucks. My wife is a blessing thank god for that woman I don't know how she does it.
