Pris, youve proven yourself once again too dense to understand basic concepts. You get so headstrong that basic reasoning eludes you.

You still havent shown that the coke they tested was not destined for export, and not domestic exported.

What you have shown is youre overly emotional and become confrontational whenever somebody opposes your grand, flawless logic.

Maybe it was your failed attempts to get me perma'd that have you so upset. I dont know, but take a look at your post and see if you think if you come across as anything but hyper-emotional and butthurt.

You sure know how to be an armchair google researcher though, if you think it isnt blatantly obvious you have zero knowledge of topics you discuss before looking them up on google mid-discussion, youre quite cute.

But please, show me where they claim to use 12 separate samples of mexican coke.

how about you back those claims you've made, I already know you wont
because you spout some retarded shit constantly just to have an opposing
view, maybe you can cite where this secret lab location is that exports
coke syrup all over the globe because sugar is too expensive to ship
according to you

the source was already provided for my claims showing that mexican coke
imported to the US contains HFCS, in the study it shows the sample size,
maybe you could better illustrate your denial

Mexican-Coke Drinker Problems

Re: Mexican Coca-Cola [Re: Peace of Mind 1]

@pris1

They dont even ship the syrup with caffiene in it, just the flavour, the rest is done by distributors, often who are not even owned by coke.

Quote:
Like many soft drinks, the colas are produced as a flavour concentrate or syrup that is then mixed with bulk ingredients to produce the drink. The complicated, expensive and difficult to obtain flavourings are in the syrup. Completed flavour concentrates are sold by some of the open cola producers.

The bulk ingredients include those such as sweeteners (sugar or artificial), caffeine and the source of acidity, phosphoric or Citric Acid. As these are added later, after the complicated flavour blending stage, it is easy to tailor the sugar or caffeine levels per batch to a market's particular taste.

Quote:
The first thing to realise is that Coca-Cola is a sort of franchised operation. Most people refer to Cola-Cola as if it were a single entity and it is not. You have the people in Atlanta who take care of the brand and overall marketing, product development and so on, but then each country has its own bottler, or more likely, bottlers. Although Coca-Cola may have an interest in some of these bottling operations they are generally separate legal entities.

http://www.colalife.org/2010/12/19/how-coca-colas-distribution-system-works/

Quote:
The company produces concentrate, which is then sold to licensed Coca-Cola bottlers throughout the world. The bottlers, who hold territorially exclusive contracts with the company, produce finished product in cans and bottles from the concentrate in combination with filtered water and sweeteners. The bottlers then sell, distribute and merchandise Coca-Cola to retail stores and vending machines. The Coca-Cola Company also sells concentrate for soda fountains to major restaurants and food service distributors.

https://www.princeton.edu/~achaney/tmve/wiki100k/docs/Coca-Cola.html

Quote:
The actual production and distribution of Coca-Cola follows a franchising model. The Coca-Cola Company only produces a syrup concentrate, which it sells to bottlers throughout the world, who hold Coca-Cola franchises for one or more geographical areas. The bottlers produce the final drink by mixing the syrup with filtered water and sweeteners, and then carbonate it before putting it in cans and bottles, which the bottlers then sell and distribute to retail stores, vending machines, restaurants and food service distributors.[65]

Quote:
Now, in a room full of bags of sugar and buckets of caramel coloring, Coke is bottled using four different steps. First, pure water is put in the bottle by a machine, after that, refined sugar is added to the mix.

Then, the sugar water gets the Coke's secret formula mixture and some caramel coloring. A machines shake the bottles up a bit to make sure everything is mixed together well.

After everything is mixed together, carbon dioxide is added to the mix to make the drink fizz. After all, who wants a flat bottle of Coke? The machines then sent the bottle down another conveyer. In any Coke bottling plant, this would be the point where drinks would be checked by a person for quality, but since this was an exhibit, this step was not shown to visitors.

Coke sells an unsweetened concentrate called X7.

Coke sells the concentrate to bottlers, who add water, citric acid, sugar, caffiene, etc, everything that is cheap, yet bulky and expensive to transport. So this is all done locally at regional bottlers.

You seem to not be able to understand the difference between concentrate, and syrup, the syrup is ready to go, just add carbonated water. This is what fountain pop machines use.

The concentrate does not have this.

You can argue it all you want. You are wrong.

you understand that while yes, the bottlers tend to be independent
licensees with partial ownership by the cocacola company and do produce
coke products that it means didly squat when each region has a
manufacturing plant that is owned by coca cola and while coke may produce
"merchandise x7" it's nothing more than their 'official secret
ingredient', not the concentrate version, that flavoring agent is sent out
while the rest of the formulation is handled by the local manufacturers
and then sent on to the bottlers

merchandise x7 consists of orange oil, lemon oil, oil of nutmeg, oriander,
cinnamon oil and a few other things including the coca extract. there's
loads of other ingredients added, these ingredients are done in the local
manufacturing facilities AND at the bottlers.

coke does not sweeten the concentrate.

I know youve realized youre wrong, which is why you are backtracking so much on your initial stance that you felt you need to type out it capital, bolded and extra large type font.

Coke creates a flavour concentrate, coke sells the concentrate to bottlers, the bottlers mix it with sweeteners, water, caffeine, colour, carbonation etc.

Just like was my initial stance from the beginning, which it appears youve finally realized I was correct upon.

Yet you also clearly had zero knowledge of any of this before you googled it.

Quote:
To make genuine Coca-Cola, one needs the famously secret concentrate - known as merchandise "7X" - which is a highly confidential formula kept in a special security vault in a bank in the United States. Only a few trusted company employees know its true contents, proper order and measure of mixing.  Pure refined sugar is mixed with filtered drinkable water that is completely clear of foreign tastes or smells, to produce “simple syrup”, which is then filtered to remove impurities. This simple syrup is mixed with the secret concentrate, carefully controlling the strength to produce a syrup with the correct taste and concentration.
