Um I'm bored and thinking of trying hbwr for the first time or doing hydrocodone. I'm out of bud so these are my two choices. I'll probably just do the hydros.

I've never done it is it nice? I have 50 seeds just setting in a drawer. Tbh I'm scared to try it I've heard how terrible the nausea and vasoconstriction is.

I took some OTC sleep aid so hopefully I'll be crashed soon.

I've been telling myself that I'd wake up super early and go running for like the past 5 days in a row, and I'm gonna be real pissed if I let myself slide again tomorrow morning.

dumb question, wuts hbwr?? lsa is extracted from morning glory seeds right?

and nitrous monkey, I heard that magnesium helps vasoconstriction, but I've never tried it myself.

i did hbwr years ago. before i did cyanescens.

I have a coffee grinder so I can grind them up into a fine powder. I don't got any distilled water though.

Magnesium helps with vasoconstriction eh? I'll go check my meds see wtf I have. I might do em tonight. But I'm a puss.

Welll if you don't have distilled water, boil some water for 10 minutes that's what I did :lol:

Ok CWE tek

Grind 15-20 seeds up (to make up for the slight lsa loss) because not 100% will be extracted

Place in distilled water ( make sure the powder isn't exsposed to any bright lights )

Put in fridge for 1 full hour, shaking every 15 minutes

After 1 hour take out and filter the seed mush out.

Then put alot Lemon juice to make it taste better :lol:

it doesn't taste too bad but it does taste like HBWR, you can also put in ginger to reduce nausea.

You shouldn't puke, unless you have a very weak stomache, I have dry heaved once but that was after someone else puked :lol:

I cannot stress this enough to people LSA is not to be overlooked or underestimated, the mindfuck aspect is pretty strong... and the euphoria... is very very powerful :bliss:
