Ahh, I found my coffee subsitute!
    #1969357 -

After doing some searching for quality Yerba Mate (with some tips from fellow Mateheads), I came across "Cachamai" Yerba Mate which is from Argentina. Today it arrived and so I brewed a batch using my drip coffee maker. Pretty damn good! The last cup I had I mixed in a tablespoon of powdered guarana (which I ordered along with the Mate) and quite good as well.

It didn't hurt that I just read that Pearl Jam is releasing a 2 disc DVD of the MSG show that I went to on July 8th, 2003. It was the most memoriable and amazing concert I've been to. Lots of incrediable moments and there was just such a connection to everyone.

The very nature of experience is ineffable; it transcends cognitive thought and intellectualized analysis. To be without experience is to be without an emotional knowledge of what the experience translates into. The desire for the understanding of what life is made of is the motivation that drives us all. Without it, in fear of the experiences what life can hold is among the greatest contradictions; to live in fear of death while not being alive.

"Fainting goats?" you ask. "This must be a joke!"
"No," I reply, "they are definitely real."

I've been drinking Mate everyday with Gourd Y Bombilla since early July. Right now I have a kilo of "Cruz De Malta" open, es muy bien. Also the CBSe Flavored brands are good too. I've also had "Rosamonte" which is up there with the Matltese Cross.

I'm going to try mixing it with some vanilla extract, or perhaps some mint leaves. I've yet to buy a gourd or a bombilla. Maybe some day.

If you liked Day Of The Tentacle, you should try Sam N' Max, also made by Lucas Arts. Very simular, and VERY funny!
