ive taken kratom for like 5 days straight

like 30 grams per day

am i gonna withdraw over the next couple days?

normally i only take it 2 days in a row but like i dunno, it's spring break or whatever

UPDATE: did not experience any W/D

How long have you been using kratom?! I been every other day/every day for a month now but I can't even fathom putting down 15 grams in one day, let alone 30. Is it headshop bought?

oh i have been using it about once a month in 2 day binges for a couple years now. nah i got this particular kratom from an indonesian vendor though i do buy Captain Kratom brand sometimes when i dont feel like waiting for an online order and find it to be reasonably strong if overpriced.

i just have a really high tolerance to opiates. whenever i do oxycontin i do like 120mg, whenever i do kratom i do 30 grams+. i recently took 60 grams in a single day. no problem keeping it down when i take it in capsules, no nausea whatsoever. i never taste it except on the occasional burp

when you stop using it do you withdraw?

Hm, never tried to capsules before. I always just make tea. I'm a light-weight I guess, I do like 2-2.5 if I'm too antsy and I need to study like 3-3.5 in the evening a few hours before bedtime to get into that wind down mode.

i wouldnt even notice a baseline difference from less than 5 grams and anything less than 20 feels like a tease to me. i like to get to the point where i actually nod

So you're really able to get stronger effects than most people, because unlike most people, you don't puke at higher doses?

I think capsules takes away from the potency though by emliminating nausea maybe it makes up?


Let me know if you do w/d. I only have experience with poly-substance addiction and kratom w/d which may not have been from the kratom at all.

i eat about that if not more each day every day for the past 6 months and do not notice anything stronger than caffine withdrawl when i dont have any

i dont see why the capsules would remove the potency, the capsules dissolve and all the kratom is still there. they just seem to delay the onset so it kicks over a longer period of time to me. i used to take it without capsules and i would get nausea at about 10+ grams

no they dont dissolve at the same time, hence the delayed onset, but they all eventually dissolve and all within an hour or so, and the halflife is 4 hours, so the potency remains

Fun Fact: Benzos take away nausea from high doses of kratom if you take enough. It's a pretty nasty feeling when you come off the benzos and you have all that nasty kratom powder in you though.

with kratom I found splitting doses(essentially what is happening) does affect potency :shrug:

whatever, i'd rather take more and not be nauseous and get the effect i want. the shit's 100 dollars for .8 kilos, i can basically throw it away at that price
